yeah you have to hit near the back by using L1 aim into the middle on the right

Go to one edge of the danger sparks thing. Find the gears that have the red and white rings. Shoot a bunch of them at the one in the middle and the one on the side. You can hold down the button for rapid fire.

You have to cover all the gears and do it quickly or the porridge slides off and you have to start again
