Get all 16 badges. Then, go to a woman in the Viridian City Training Center and she will give you the GS Ball. Take it to Kurt in Azaelea Town and give it to him. Come back the next day and take it from him. Then, take it to the Ilex Forest and put it into the shrine. A Celibi lv. 30 will fly out an attack you. Use a master ball on it and you will have a Celibi.

you stay inside the cave near where the cleffairies dance, at six o clock exactly come out and they will be dancing and one of them is going to look at you and have an exclamation mark on their head. then they all run away and there will be a glowing rock. you have fifteen seconds to rock smash that rock and then a level 70 celebi will come out and make sure u catch it or else u cant do it again only if u save because it only happens once.

before getting any badges talk to every one in New Bark Town and one of them will say they will give you something special if you can get all 16 badges. do so and revisit that person. they will give you a GS Ball. Go to ilex forest and put the GS ball in the shrine (it looks like a really small house.) A level 30 celibi will attack you.
