I dont know how but if you pause and hold L1 and press triangle right up x right o up triangle square left up x then it should do it for you. if the screen shakes you either did it a little wrong or u cant do it on that one.

Do a stall trick (e.g Nose stall or BS Boneless) on the wood in front of kid holding the skateboard. Ollie and quickly tap combination for one foot blunt. If timed correctly, you will lip trick on the skateboard held by the kid. Then just land it.
