After Harry learns Carpet Retractum i think u gave to go Professor Lupin's class Defence against the Dark Arts( i don't remeber what floor) to learn Expeto Patronum.

No, when you have the Retractum Charm, Prof. Flickwick gets the spellbook. To go to Professor Lupin's class for the Patronus Charm is on the forth floor in the history of magic classroom.
