So far, I've only gotten past the Bullet Bill section of that level, but here's what I can tell you.

When you start, go to the 3rd to last land-piece on that cliff (a Koopa Para-troopa will be coming towards you.) Duck under and jump up to the THIRD STEP on that block staircase. (NOTE: THE SMILEY CLOUD DUDE WILL BEGIN TO THROW SPIKEY TURTLES AT YOU!!!) Stay there until another Koopa Para-troopa passes by. Go to the top, then jump down. You can hit a ? block to get points, but only if you have time. Jump over the crevass and keep going. Jump over 2 more crevasses before you get to another giant crevass. Take the middle bricks and run/jump at the same time. You'll be in the Bullet Bill section. Then, dodge the Bullets AND the Koopas to get past. I lost all 5 lives by hitting 2 Koopas, so be careful!
