I have 96 levels. I have heard there are 99. How do I get the other three?

Yes, Topsecret area counts as one of the 96, and the other three levels are impossible to access. First one is the Introduction level, which is like Groovy but doesnt have an ending. Second one up is the level with only one screen; this one is the one when you start a new game with the two berry bushes. Third is the Test level with no end point and turn blocks.
