If u want the apartment b card, use Vageta to fly to west city. go into the mayor's house and you will see a trunk. open the trunk and u will get the access card. the only cool thing you will find in apartment b is a missing namek. please tell me what generators you found.

Go to the mayores house and go into the door on the left and go strait and it should be a chest open it and the card should be in there
