Beat Whitney and talk to her again to get the badge. Go to the tree and there should be a girl, talk to her. Go back to the flower place next to the gym to get the squirtbottle, talk to the other person to the left.

THE BOTTLE IS IN A HOUSE IN GOLDENROD CITY, IT IS IN A HOUSE WITH A BUNCH OF PLANTS ON THE UPPER RIGHT SIDE OF THE CITY, TALK TO ONE OF THE LADIES THERE AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE BOTTLE. YOU HAVE TO DEFEAT THE GYM LEADER IN THAT CITY IN ORDER TO GET IT.

After you beat the goldenrod gym leader go to the house right next to it.But first you need to talk to the gril in front of that wierd tree. Use the squirtbottle on the wierd tree and you will fight a sudowoodo.
