Yes actually you can't unlock the master hand but if you have action replay you can type a code which i am still trying to find then you'll get master hand.

You Can't Unlock Him.(There Is One Way By Using A Gameshark The Is A Code Like That)READ THIS! If You Use The Code At The Begining Skip The Movie As Fast As You Can(If You Don't Do It Fast Enough The Game Will Freeze BE CAREFUL!!
