The only way to do an Animality is to WIN after a 3rd round battle, then implement the MERCY Code which is Hold Run and press Down, down, down, and release Run at sweeping distance. After that defeat the player once more then you can issue an Animality.

The Mercy code was first brought in Mortal Kombat 2. 2 had it, 3 had it, Ultimate 3 had it and Trilogy had it.
