Try going to google.com. From there, type in free secret of mana downloads. try several ones, and you'll eventually find one that has secret of mana 2 available. It will probably be under a japanese name, something densetsu 3

You'll also need to do a search for the ROM patch that translates it to english since Secret of Mana 2 was never released in America, or in English.
