Where do I find the DRI who will lead me to Veemon?

many people never say this but you have to have one digimon with you under level 30 and then you go talk to the DRI guy in protocol ruins and then go to bulk bridge or swamp...where the big open area is right before the bridge i think...you also need one digimon for agumon or the DRI guy in Tyranno Valley will ignore you
