How do you get the prisoner out of the cell in Luvia's lab?

If you pay attention on the way out the cells will open and they are full of monsters to try to slow you down so the gas can KILL YOU...

You attempt to open up her cell and she slams it shut saying I ain't coming out its to scary. After you finish luvia and come back up, she has gone. You do not get anything from her. And I am in the hard mode. So don't waste your time.
