How do i get my costume? -- Game Help, Questions and Answers

i know where to go but i dont have the key. i have completed the game and got the key but dont have it in my inventory when i go to the ONCE AGAIN option. it just says the closet is locked. please help im an expert at resi but this all i dont know about. NOTE: i might just have a glitch in my game.

you want your costume eh'?well, if you beat it with chris,you can only get it with him.same with Jill.
you get it in any deposit box.if not,it will make you mad.im an expert too.I beat re0 without even dying.e mail me if you have any questions.
