How can you get celebi without using a mobile adapter or a gameshark ?

i dont get what zeiyapoo say
he say first start new game as usual and catch a pokemon then deposit it on the last box and change box but turn the game off half way and continue then...?

to get celebi is easy ,first you start a new game pick one of the three pokemon then catch another pokemon put it in the last box in the computer then save,BUT!!! when it says saving do not turn off turn it off then turn your gameboy advance off go to continue then save then after that look at the pokenav condition then party then search , cool then youv'e done it youv'e got celebi and all the pokemon
