The red pendant is the last one you will get. Afterwards, go to the Lost Woods and go through one of the logs that lead towards another area. One is the treasure game. The other is a sanctuary where the master sword is. Go up towards the pedstal and then a scene will happen. You will get the master sword. After that go to the sanctuary.

if your talking about the last one, you can go seethe sage for more of hyrulian history wich will help you understand the story's beginning or you could just go into the forest and get the master sword from the back of it.
