if you want it a little more specific, while your surfing right stay near the top. there is a double trainer battle, then a guy swimming around, then two stationary trainers, a boy and a girl that are kinda facing each other. then go up. there is a little space between the rocks. it is right before a girl trainer who is swimming.

The Sky Pillar is located to the right of Pacifidlog, near the top.
