its behind a waterfall that is farthest from the wizpig statue if you are looking at its left side. just look behind all the waterfalls in the adventure area where you first start.

it is under a water fall near the rainbows and there will be a door that says that u need 16 balloons to enter.

In the starting of Adventure there ie 4 waterfalls, go to the one the most to your left and you will find the Dragon's Forest door right in front of you. But you need 16 balloons to enter!! Good Luck
