go to the mens dressing room go out the door go in to the hall from the door next to the mens dressin groom go in the first door on your left go in then the arrow will go down pick up the quarter then use that!
On the balcony closest to Brady Armsrong's dressing room, there is a quarter lying on the floor. Collect the coin, insert it into the key-making machine, and create the code for this machine.

The coin is on the floor on one of the small balconys -and you can get to them through the door in the hall (behind the curtains on left side of lobby)
