No, not wheny ou beat the game, however there is a glitch in the system. When you get the pistol from Capatin Keyes and sometimes when you go out to shoot the Grunts they will not be there and the pistol will not load so you get the assualt rifle and the first weapon you pick up and when you pick up the pistol ammo youll have three weapons just dont switch out weapons like the Assualt Rifle for a Needler etc. and dont press "X" to reload let it automatically reload but unfortunetly when you go to "Halo" the second level you will not have three guns anymore
