When you have to fetch water from the mules and you go down to the water where you are shown to go, I get to that thing that shines every two seconds right next to the water but nothing happen and for F%#k sakes what mules?

its a bug in the game one of the more annoying bugs that aparently aren't in the main quests so it wont stop you playing ye right. if you download patch 1.66 you should be able to see, maybe not if you;ve saved it next to it but if you go back to a slightly earlier save and find it again the water bottle should appear. At least it did for me. was annoying for a day or so thou.

hello. i have the same question as you.. i have the vampiress character. i turn that man into a vampire and i bring him to the water with me.. but again nothing happens. if you have found a solution in this please tell me. if i find something i'll write again..

Bring up the console (by pressing button left of number 1 on the keyboard {`}). Then type in wasser and the waterbottle will appear.

press ~ the console will show the type this word when your near in the horse standing near the oasis or go to the arrow pointing in the map quest then type this
wasser
Note:when you type "wasser" the water bottle will spawn next to the horse standing near the oasis
