I think if you train them more (there are 5 levels of training), either that or fire them and hire new entertainers. I do not know why they strike so often though.

Duh, they need training! Go to laptop, click information, then click staff information. Then, train them to level ? (whatever you want)

Hey I Trained My Entertainer Up To Level 5 And They Always Go On Stike They Won't Stop
So I Fired All Of Mine I'm Much More Happy
