To get cheat menu, get far enough in the game to do pro goals. Do 2 and cheat menu will open. To get more cheats do more pro goals

Matopro... i hope u read this cuz u r a complete and total moron!... the guy wanted to know how to get into the cheats page for tony hawk's pro skater 4 when it was blacked out... but ur a moron and didnt understand that... so if anyone could answer this question for him and myself i would appreciate it... thanx.
