okay, with garados just keep fishing in deford with the super rod until u get one. You can also get a magicarp(this is much easier) that is red. It may take a LONG and i repeat VERY LONG time but it is worth. then just evolve the magic carp. For the deoxys, you have to play your game for two years with a berry update.

The red grarados i don't know.But i did hear that you can cath the red gyarados in sootopilis city.I don't know if it's true though.The deoxys i don't know.
