I know how to get to the room where it is and I went into it but what do I have to beat or get to have the magical sword?

The above answer is only partially correct. To get the magic sword, you must have at least 12 heart containers. This means that, technically, you can get the magic sword after completing level 5 AND collecting the 4 free heart containers hidden around Hyrule.
