Does the door near the quidditch pitch open?

When you come out of Hogwarts Castle you are opposite the Quiditch training pitch. When you come out of Hogwarts turn left and keep going then turn left again and you will see a locked door. Does it open?

i want to know that 2. i really want to get in there... i have tried getting all cards but still locked i also tried all beans but still locked
