When you have to collect the ingredients for Professor Snape you have to go to the lake and go to the Venomous Tentacular and under the trees there are little creatures. Then you lure them out with Lumos Duo but when they come out what do you do?

Lure them to the Tentacular and it will eat them and spit out the carapace.
