you can not fight someone weaker than you that would be too easy. so you must lower your deck cost ( DC ) by taking away stronger magic and monsterand replace them with weaker ones.

it means you have a higher deck cost and you need to lower it.

You cant duel someone wich DC is lower than yours, cause in theory if you lose , you would lose a rose card.
