What does "Exceeded the DC level" mean? When I try to get the next level it gives me this message.

You must duel each person with a deck level either lower or eqaul to theirs. it will show your their deck level on the map when you move your cursor over that level. You must then modify your deck to get the required deck level.
FYI, If you look at all the answered questions for this game, I'm sure you will find all the answers to all the questions you are about to ask us!!!

you need a DC (deck cost) lower than your opponent.

dc mean deck cost so your deck cost needs to be lower than your opponents deck cost
