I know you can catch it in the forest but when you go there it seems like there are a lot of lakes in there... so which one is the correct one? thanx!

Whichever path you take, you will only be seeing the same lake. It is actually there in that "one and only lake" where you can catch the King of the Lake. The correct question I think is "how do I catch the King of the Lake?". Based on my experience, here is how I caught the famous King of the lake. First, I went to the place where the aquariums can be found(Sorry, I forgot the specific name of this place). I talked to the guy in the counter(near the entrance). He asked me if I could get the King of the Lake. I said yes and he told me to give it to him the day after tomorrow before 6 pm. At the day of the deadline he gave me, at around 2pm, I went to the forest to go fishing. Then, I got the King of the Lake.
