Is there a place where i can buy rare items? ( earth seals, angelic robes, secret books, dragonshields) cuzz i was surfing the net and it said i could in the lvl where u get Legualt.But i beat the game like 5 times and i never found it

you steal the member card in level 19 from a thief and find the secret shops. geez i have'nt beat the game at all and i know!!!
