Ann will give you one on the Blue Heart Event but that ones broken. To get an actual working Record Player you'll have to connect to A Wonderful Life (GC). Then Van will be upstairs at the Inn on Wednesdays and he can sell it to you for 2000 G. You can also buy records from Harvest Moon Back to Nature and Harvest Moon A Wonderful Life from Van.

On a Wednesday you go to the Inn and go upstairs and Van will be there. Talk to him and he will give you a list of item you can buy and one of them will be a recored player.
