I have completed everything required to get 100% in Vice City except the hidden packages. I have found them all except 2. I have used the following cheat codes: armor code, health code, weapon code, car floats on water, lower wanted level, dodo car, destroy cars, change wheel size, better driving skills, increase your vehicle's top speed, some weather codes, and some car codes (ex: tank and hotring racer.) I realize that this is probably the reason I can't find the last two hidden packages.. but here's the question: would it work if I got busted or wasted, then saved it that so it would erase all the codes I've put in and perhaps the hidden packages would reappear since no cheats are saved? Or will all the cheats be erased to begin with? Please help me.. I want to know whether or not I should spend my time going back looking for hidden packages if they're not even gonna be there.
