i can tell u how to get celebi but not mew go to the place under ekruteck u know where the tin tower is and amy and may the twins from there u go by the tree u know the three trees together the grass right under that celebi will appear in it but only at night.

you cant get get celebi but get mew I know how use pokemon red and use the cheat with the gambler cause thats what i did

Go to pokemon rocks of america with a pokemon game with action replay. they will give you mew, lugia, celebi, ho-oh, deoxis, and other legendarys of witch you want.
