This is a tough one, but ive done it many times
when you get to the end. jump out to the left and use the Up + B move to send a blue shot out. Whirl it around and try to hit yourself at the perfect angle to avoid the small clip of wall sticking out.
I might be too late with this since this game has been outdated but i hope this helps.
