u hav 2 beet the mahogany town of team roket go 2 lak of rage and beet the colored garydos talk to a guy in a cape who is by the water after u beet the garydos tak 2 him go bak 2 town go in a billding next 2 the gy sellin the rare candy bars u will see lance and he will go down stairs and do wat u hav 2 do 2 beet team roket and beet the electrode and leave lance will giv u the hm8
