You kno where the lobby is right? U have to break throo da glass o' da lobby and wallride da button inside and you will hear a ding. then turn right and you will see the elevator. go inside and wait till it gets to da top. go outside and you'll see a massive rail. Grind down it.
P.S go down the slope at the start and turn right. You should see it.
