I have all the kanto and johto gym badges....so how to get GS ball and CELEBI????????????????????

i heard a rumour-it's just a rumour so dont count on it catch all unknowns talk to one of the scientist who studies unknowns and he'll give celebi egg

i got another rumour-dont count on it either! catch all 250 pokemons beat ash/red in mt. silver get 16 badges beat elite four go to kurt's house and he'll give u gs ball put it in the shrine and celebi comes out

A friend of mine told me you can get the gs ball in the joto train station in the lockers. But you cant get it if you can go to kanto. I cant find celibi but he may be in the forest ,I think near the shrine thing, I dont even know if you can get it.
