Eternal Champions was one of the most fiercest fighting games i had ever played. The cinekillz, overkillz and sudden deaths were just awesome. I had never seen anything else like it. After I played both editions of the game, there was no other fighting game that i wanted to play. Eternal Champions was a game way before it's time and i thing Sega should give all these lame fighting games that these other systems are putting out now a run for their moneyyours sincerely, moodswaang

Well this all depends on which one you've played. If you've only played the Sega Genesis game, well do I ever have some good news for you! Another Eternal Champions Game was made for the Sega CD around 1993-1994 titled "Eternal Champions- Challenge from the Dark Side" While having absolutely nothing to do with with Star Wars it is a pretty solid fighter. But if you have played this and you wonder if there will be another EC game, currently as of yet, no. Alot of Sega's time has been put to Revamps of old series, re-makes of Sega Dreamcast games, sports, and other things. Alot of their little known franchises such as EC will probably never see the light of day unless someone were to buy licensing to it and make a new one. But even though this game was not very well known, those who have played it know it was good and they have fond memories of it such as I. You never know, maybe if you were to start a petition to Sega or another company (so they can buy it from Sega and make a new one) you can help this now-defunct game get the recognition and 3rd sequel that it so truly deserves! Well that's about all I have to say about this! Hope it helped! ^_^
