No sir it is not, but later after you get all of the stars a cannon out in front of the castle will open, and it makes a dandy target so you can get to that ledge and get some sort of secret dealing with Yoshi...kinda fuzzy, hell I remember beating that back when it first came out (almost ten years now! wow!) god I'm old... Hope this helped!

no it is where the princess and 2 toads ..... after you be bouldzer in the level with the stairs.

Really simple...no. However, if you aim the cannon so that you land on the tower it looks funny when mario tries to run up the wall!! I did this one time and i ended up falling through the tower and got stuck inside the area between the door to get into the castle and the door on the inside to get out of the castle.!!!lololol that was funny, but the only way to get out of there was to restart by hitting the reset button.
I hope the few people that read this will try this and get lucky enought to achieve this funny glitch!!It may take a few tries but it's worth it (at least it was for me)!
