I'm slightly unsure of what part of the Song of Nephilim in which you are referring to, but let me take a stab at it. From what I can tell, you are referring to the area where you must make the green, red, and blue towers make the correct sounds in order to proceed. If this is indeed what you are referring to then the answer is: Knock out 1 piece from green, 4 from red, and 3 from blue.
