There are two spots where you have to jump on an object to get to a higher level. one is a collapsed wall/floor that is on fire ( you have already used it to get to the flood) the other is a big purple ammo (or something) crate. It's got alot of dead bodies on top and around it. You need to jump on top of the purple crate and look left. you can then jump on the ledge of the upper level and proceed to the exit.
P.S. If you need just a little extra jumping power you can hit the button that makes you duck at the highest point of your jump.
