When you reach the ramp all the way on the other side of the sandcrawler, walk to the top and look up. U'll see a platform like substance. Look right under it and u'll see a blue swirling crosshair. Switch to force pull and pull it down. Jump on it and it will eventually pull up itself. U'll then get to the top. I hope that helps.
