To get mewtwo you need to link it for R/B/Y same with mew.. Celebi can you find in lugias butt ok heres is what you need stay behind lugia and then press b + a and you will find gs ball... Take it to kurt and put it in the shine...

MEW:u ave to ave all Unknowns ave the Unknowns M-E-W in ur team then go to the lake of rage in the water where the red Gyarados was then surf up and down till u run into Mew.If this doesnt work dont blaim me coz i looked at the cheats in the internet and maybe it might work or u can just trade to another version that has it or use cheat catridges.
CELEBI:u ave to ave all Unknowns,ave Unknowns CELB&I in ur team talk to the shrine in ilex forest then a wild Celebi appeared ave lots of ultraballs and greatballs.If this doesnt work trade with link cable or use cheat catridges.
You can Catch MEWTWO In Red,Blue,and Special Pikachu Edition(Yellow Version) in Celulean Cave. (NOT MT.MOON!) And the copy and trade it into Gold,Silver,or Crystal. I suggest for capturing one use a masterball It ALWAYS WORKS!!! Or Use Gameshark. MEW and CELEBI I am STILL after!!! Hope this helps!!!
