When your sim hyas a baby and it becomes a toddler.. is there ANY way of editing what it looks like!!?

No but be sure to choose really pretty people so that your baby is pretty to since the parents pass genes on to their children

No, but if the parant are good looking then they will follow in their footsteps!! even if they turn out pretty in their later life...

not when it becomes a toddler but when it becomes a teen you can use the cosmetic surgery career reward objects to change it's face. But to avoid getting an ugly baby just get two good-looking parents.
