Some good places are Baal runs i myself have gotten vex and jo by a hell baal run

The place i've had the most luck, is in the Glacial Trail in a full game, theres a spot wehre theres a ton of champions.
Also an extension of there where theres a lot of champs is the drifter cavern.... with 8 people in the game, thats one of the hardest places you can go.

Ummm well the best place is countess or the pits Countess Up to LO rune and always drops a rune.
