How can I lower my bad cop points to become a good cop?

I currently am a bad cop, I have -99 bad cop points. I have tried every good cop move to gain points but it only gives me good points (shields), it doesnīt lower my bad cop points. How can I become a good cop again? I canīt unlock some missions because of it. Help.

arrest people (z+x) without killing them, that should give you a good cop point.
