How do you buy the likes of the Malibu and Sunshine Autos, I have killed diaz and the biker missions but I still can't buy anything and how do I get the sea plane?

just goto any place with a house that spins if its green you can buy it for certain amount of money if its red you cant buy it until you do somethin else
