Okay, first start off by using dart, rose, and albert. Make sure dart is a level 5 dragoon, rose a level 4 dragoon and Albert 3 or 4. First, use additions to destroy the divine ball. Then, use additions to destroy the divine cannon. If you have the therapy ring, give it to dart! If Rose and Albert die, ignore it, but try to get healing fogs. Once dart's health is in red, use a healing fog and keep doing this. After you destroy the ball and cannon, attack the divine dragon. Do NOT use dragoon because the staff lowers YOUR powers as well as the dragon's. Get plenty of healing fogs and angels prayers. Be sure to use the therapy ring. Before the battle buy LOTS of attack items and healing breezes. Have everyone equip a bravery amulet so his growl won't be effective. Then all you need to do is keep on chucking those attack items at him (make sure they multiply to at least 190% each time) and healing yourself with a healing breeze when the hp of your team is low. If an individual member gets low hp have that person guard for a while. Another thing that will help is if you have Albert with at least 100 SP but less than 200 SP have him morph to a dragoon and use rose storm to help protect your party.
