i can tell you some 1 not package number one 1 a few are at the golf cource 1 at the light house i think two on arock in the middle of the ocean some at the film studio 1 in a alley near the film studio 1 under a bridge

the easiest way to find the packages are to get a stragedy guide it has a map in it with all of the packages revealed.
